Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re committed to making your experience seamless and special — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

It’s a gift that tells a story — one of love, nostalgia, and little moments that matter.

Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
  • We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

  • For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping rates for Canada are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier rates.

Shipping Methods
  • We ship orders via UPS Ground or FedEx.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Addresses within the United States

  • Canada

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses outside of the U.S.

 

International & Canadian Orders

For orders shipping to Canada, please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.

 

A Quick Note About Shipping to Remote Areas

We’re happy to offer free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders because we believe every Lil Teddy should arrive with love and ease.

However, due to higher carrier rates, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories (such as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO addresses) may not be eligible for free shipping.

If you’re placing an order to one of these destinations, the final shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

Delivery Time

Standard UPS Ground shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has shipped.
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Next-Business Day Local Delivery

We offer local next-business-day delivery to select ZIP codes:

  • Monday–Thursday: Orders must be placed by 1:30 PM

  • Friday: Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM for Monday delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

 

Multiple Shipments

Depending on the size of your order and the items purchased, your order may ship in multiple packages.
If this occurs, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers, and items may arrive at different times.

 

Promotional Products

Promotional products received through giveaways or special offers will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout, not the billing address.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you experience delivery issues, please contact us at info@mylilteddy.com as soon as possible.

For items damaged in transit, we’ll gladly send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label. To help us assist you quickly, please include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

 

Change of Address & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process — meaning it has been packed or shipped — we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout before placing your order.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please be sure to review your shipping details carefully at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll be happy to assist with reshipping. Once the package is returned to our facility, you’ll have the option to purchase a new shipping label so the order can be sent out again.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before fulfillment are subject to a $5 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lil Teddy is no longer responsible for its whereabouts — including cases where proof of delivery is provided.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local UPS/FedEx facility.

While we are unable to refund or replace items in these cases, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist with next steps.
