Yes. Every Lil Teddy collector bear is independently tested to meet CPSC standards and certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, confirming the yarns and materials are free from harmful substances. While suitable for children, we recommend supervision for younger ages to preserve the craftsmanship and ensure lasting enjoyment.

Due to certain state-specific laws, we are unable to ship our collector knitted teddy bears to Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Massachusetts. These states have regulations that either conflict with federal law or require redundant testing and labeling beyond U.S. CPSC requirements. As a small business, we’ve chosen to focus on compliance with federal standards, which already ensure the safety of our products. We remain hopeful these states will review and update their legislation in the future so we can expand availability.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

Not always. Larger or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages — you’ll receive separate tracking numbers, and some items may arrive at different times.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Gift-boxed blankets incur a 10% restocking fee, while all other items do not. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
