Return Policy

At Lil Teddy, we hope your purchase brings joy and comfort — but if something isn't quite right, we're here to make returns simple and supportive.

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return for a refund or store credit. All returns must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions or is requested outside the 14-day window.

 

Two Return Categories 1. Gift-Boxed Blankets

Our signature gift-boxed blankets are lovingly assembled with custom packaging, tissue wrap, illustrated inserts, and other handcrafted details. Because of the time, care, and cost involved, returns for these items are subject to:

  • A 10% restocking fee

  • The cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund

2. All Other Items

(Sweaters, larger-size blankets, teddy bears, décor cushions, and other merchandise)

Returns for these items do not incur a restocking fee. You'll only be responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Refunds typically appear within 4–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For international and Canadian orders, any duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees.

However, if a sale item arrives damaged, please email us at info@mylilteddy.com. We will gladly send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.

If you're unable to access the portal, please email us at info@mylilteddy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

If you are returning from Canada, please email info@mylilteddy.com to request a return label.

We'll guide you through the next steps and issue your return label promptly.

For international and Canadian orders, any duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as these charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.
